I PRE-ORDERED MY BOOK. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT? 

If you pre-ordered something, that means we do not have the books on hand quite yet. We list the expected delivery timeframe, but the expected date is subject to change. We will update customers as soon as we have more information about expected delivery. 

I ORDERED SOMETHING THE OTHER DAY. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF SHIPMENT YET?

We are an independently owned shop with a distribution team of one. We try to fulfill orders well within 14 days, but sometimes we need extra time because of unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience! 

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHAT DO I DO? 

If this happens, we will announce if we are able to offer the product again. If, for example, it is a publication, we will announce another round of printing as soon as we know we are able to offer it. 

DO YOU OFFER EBOOKS OR AUDIO BOOKS? 

Not yet. We hope to sometime in the future.
